New York artist Liana Bank$ is excited to share the release of her brand new single, “Ghost,” produced by YOBO and written by Liana, is a signature Bank$ affair with its raw energy, witty lyrics and shimmering synth work. The beat bites insidiously as Liana’s rough and ready vocals glides on about late nights, selfies, raising a toast and ultimately ghosting out of the party.

Speaking about “Ghost,” Liana had this to say: “Ghost” was one of the first songs I recorded for the upcoming EP, APT. 210. It started as a freestyle and once I finished it, knew that it was the song I’ve been waiting for. I framed the rest of the EP around the feeling this song gives me… free and effortless. I’m excited to share my experience and get a lot more personal this time around!

“Ghost” is taken from Liana’s upcoming and highly anticipated sophomore project, APT. 210. This project will be the follow up to Liana’s cult 2016 debut, Insubordinate, which landed the green haired artist/songwriter on several “Best of 2016” and “Artist To Watch” lists (FACT Magazine, The 405, Red Bull Music and more). A songwriter first and foremost, the winter break hasn’t slowed down the 26 year-old who most recently celebrated the charting success of “Selfish” by PnB Rock which Liana co-wrote. Liana speaks more about with her interview with Billboard as well as her time with Lily Allen who she helped pen a few songs during the break. This second project from Liana will continue the success of her fierce debut and showcase why she is a creative force to be reckoned with.
