IMG_4668.JPG27-year-old emcee and songwriter, Corey Lee has been moving with a full head of steam since the end of 2015. The Norristown native has received major co-signs from super producers Sonny Digital as well as  Cardo Got Wings & rising social figures like YesJulz. In the same span of time he has graced stages with fellow Philadelphia artists on the rise PNB ROCK & Tunji Ige to hip hop legends Ice-T & Mobb Deep.Corey Lee Remember Cover (v5).pngCorey Lee delivers first single off his debut album. The Philadelphia MC on the rise decided to drop the first single off his album on Valentine’s Day. The record is produced by his main signal caller 808 Trel (Formerly known as Yung Trel). ‘Remember’ is an ode to Michael Jackson’s hit “Do you remember the time” which is befitting for it’s Valentine’s Day release. Corey Also hints at his rise with lines like “Can’t treat me like I’m average/Who’s Next now I’m Flexing/Last one turned me to a savage/Reason that I’m stunting on my Ex’s (Corey has been selected to perform at the legendary Hot97 “Who’s Next” show at SOB’s NY this month).

In February, national powerhouse Swisher Sweets took notice of the Philadelphia MC & he has been a ‘Swisher Artist Project’ contributor ever since. Corey had created a lane for himself by releasing records frequently in 2016. In fact he has released singles every month (except May, when he was preparing himself for 1AM Vibes Philly – the official after party for the roots picnic where he performed alongside some of the biggest names in music: Metro BoominSonny Digital, MadeinTYO & many more). The summer 2016 Corey Lee was added to the ‘Bring Yo Friends’ tour Philadelphia stop.
